This course introduces the key principles of Seasonal Yoga and is for all those new to Seasonal Yoga or those who would like a quick review of what Seasonal Yoga is all about.  A brief history of Seasonal Yoga is presented by Course Director Julie Hanson who then goes on to give an Overview of Energy and its management and Meridian Lines, a key concept from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

At the end of the course various next step options are given so you can continue your journey with us.

Short of time? The course is very short and has four brief videos with Julie.
This course is a pre-requisite for all other courses.
