The Full Year Course gives you access to all the individual Seasonal courses we offer – Spring, Early Summer, Summer, Late Summer, Autumn and Winter.  Access each course in season (where available) and throughout the year.

Approximate Hours of Education:

60 hours + 60 hours required applied teaching practice (i.e 10 + 10 per season)

    I started the Seasonal Yoga online course after reading Julie and Sue’s book “Seasonal Yoga”, and becoming very interested in the concept. While the book is brilliant I wanted to deepen my knowledge further. As a 500 hour teacher I found the course – which I followed over a year – enjoyable, interesting and useful. And the support I got from the Seasonal Yoga team was excellent. The course has benefitted me both in terms of my personal development and as a teacher. I have several extra strings to my bow!
